Johnson Memorial Health Services is a hospital district consisting of City of Dawson and seven townships: Baxter, Cerro Gordo, Hamlin, Lac qui Parle, Maxwell, Providence and Riverside.
Approximately 3,400 people live in the community.

We are proud of our modern medical facility and that we are able to offer a wide variety of outreach and specialized services, using the most current technology available. However, what we are most proud of is the dedicated medical staff and team of employees that serve the Dawson Area Hospital District and sets Johnson Memorial Health Services apart from the rest.
