Support Our Assisted Living Refresh Project

Half of all raffle proceeds will go directly toward improving the Assisted Living facility at Johnson Memorial Health Services. This project will enhance comfort and quality of life for our tenants through updated spaces and furniture.

Raffle Prizes

When you buy a ticket, you’re automatically entered to win one of three exciting cash prizes:

1st Prize: 25% of proceeds (up to $2,500!)
2nd Prize: 12.5% of proceeds
3rd Prize: 12.5% of proceeds

Only 500 tickets will be sold giving you great odds of winning while supporting a cause close to home.

When is the Drawing?

The raffle drawing will take place on June 13 at our annual Golf Fore! Health fundraising event. You do not need to be present to win, but we’d love to see you there!
