Family medicine provider, Carla Lee, FNP-BC, sees patients of all ages—infants to elders. She provides the highest level of care for her patients and treats them as if they were her own family.

Carla enjoys getting to know her patients and seeing them out in the community—in the grocery store, at church, or in the gym. Her approach to care includes getting to know her patients on a personal level, as her friends and neighbors—asking about their lives, jobs, hobbies, and families—to build long-lasting, trusting relationships. She reviews patients medical history regularly, invites them to be part of their healthcare conversations, and provides complete transparency when it comes to test results, diagnosis, and treatment options.

From preventative care and women’s health, to maternity and newborn care, Carla is dedicated to helping members of her community become more engaged in their healthcare, learn how to become healthier, and reach their goals.
