Anna Lewis, PMHNP, provides behavioral health medication management and counseling for a variety of mental health challenges. Her judgement-free approach to mental health focuses on listening with an open mind, meeting patients where they are, and helping them get to where they want to be.

Anna encourages patients to take control of their mental health by taking the first step in seeing a provider—even if they are only having mild symptoms. A  diagnostic assessment can help identify an individualized treatment plan which may include prescribing medication, teaching coping skills, strengthening support systems, or offering self-care tips.

She works closely with primary care providers to get patients feeling better and more like themselves again mentally and physically. Anna sees patients both in-person and via telemedicine.
