Katie brings eight years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both individual and group settings. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and supporting individuals as they navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward personal goals. - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Designed for those experiencing intense emotions or challenges like self-harm, eating disorders, and anxiety, focusing on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and healthy communication.
- Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT): Strengthens the emotional bond between parents and adolescents, particularly effective in treating depression and preventing suicide.
