Aesto, LLC d/b/a Aesto Health (“Aesto”), a company that provides services to healthcare providers such as Johnson Memorial Health Services, recently experienced a data security incident that involved information relating to certain patients of JMHS.
Written notice is being provided to individuals whose information was involved in the incident. Aesto has also posted a notice regarding the incident that provides additional information, including information about the incident, the types of data involved, steps being taken in response, and resources available to patients.
