He had what I can eat, how much of I can eat, and what I can not eat. He said you are going to lose about 6-8 lbs a month. I said that’s perfect. That’s not quick, that’s how it should be. I was down 70 lbs in a period of about a year. Eight inches on the waist and two shirt sizes. Without a doubt the most successful diet I have ever been on.”
