Johnson Memorial Health Services has transitioned to a NEW patient portal. MyCareCorner, is an upgraded platform that allows us to better meet the needs of our patients. MyCareCorner is a secure online portal where patients can access their medical information 24/7.

Watch for an email to complete registration for MyCareCorner from Johnson Memorial Health Services Patient Portal  from [email protected]. This registration email will include a link and key code that will allow you to activate your new MyCareCorner account.

In order to access, MyCareCorner, users MUST complete the process within the registration email.
