Outdoor Visits

JMHS is pleased to provide outdoor, in-person visits to family, partners or close friends of Assisted Living Tenants and Care Center Residents. Visits are available Monday through Saturday.  JMHS follows the Outdoor Visitation Guidance for Long-term Care Facilities set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). This includes reading and signing the COVID-19 Risk Acknowledgement Form prior to your visit. Please note that as with all COVID-19 policies, everything is fluid and visits could change depending on several variables.  Our main priority is to keep your loved ones safe and healthy. 

Window Visits

JMHS follows Window Visitation Guidance for Long-term Care Facilities set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). Please note that as with all COVID-19 policies, everything is fluid and visits could change depending on several variables.  Our main priority is to keep your loved ones safe and healthy.
