Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Care Center Grand Opening on Sunday. We had more than 450 people join us for our Community Open House.
Our target move-in date for the Care Center residents/elders continues to be the end of June 2018, pending construction completion, licensing and occupancy requirement met, and operational needs fall into place.
Once the Care Center residents/elders move-in to the new Care Center, we will be utilizing K-Bid Online Auction company to post and sell all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and anything else we are not bringing over to the new Care Center. Demolition of the current Care Center will occur shortly thereafter, so work on the remaining phases of our capital project can begin before the cold weather sets in. We plan to finish hospital inpatient room renovations by the end of July, and the new Surgical Suite by the end of October. The work will then shift to the remaining Hospital/Clinic renovations, with the current entire project completion date set for spring 2019!
