Johnson Memorial Health Services (JMHS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kimberly Ochsendorf as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With a wealth of experience in human resource management, Ochsendorf brings strategic expertise that aligns with JMHS’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and prioritizing employee well-being.
Ochsendorf transitioned to JMHS on September 23, 2024, following her successful tenure at Appleton Area Health, where she held the role of CHRO since 2017. During her time there, she implemented initiatives that improved employee engagement, reduced turnover, and enhanced compensation and benefits. Under her leadership, Appleton Area Health was recognized as one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare in both 2023 and 2024.

In her role at JMHS, Ochsendorf will oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee development. She brings deep expertise in workforce planning, leadership development, and employee relations. Her focus will be on building trust, strengthening employee engagement, and maintaining JMHS’s high standards for retention and recruitment.
Ochsendorf holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management from National American University, where she graduated with honors and earned a 3.89 GPA.
