This week JMHS is celebrating our Health Care Team! We cannot express our appreciation enough to all the individuals that dedicate their lives to caring for others. With the ending of the Public Health Emergency (pause for applause,) some may think that, as healthcare workers, our lives go back to normal. Unfortunately, our healthcare team will never be the same people/caregivers as we were before the Pandemic. Since the Pandemic, our team members have experienced loss, fear, continuous change, and a level of uncertainty that has changed us forever.
To say these individuals are heroes is simply not enough and will never be enough. However, our JMHS teams have embraced the opportunity to do things better or differently to improve the care delivery process, improve our patient relationships, and provide a high-quality experience for our patients, residents, and tenants. We invite you to stop by on Friday morning from 8:00 am – 9:00 am in our JMHS Café to share coffee, conversation, and congratulations to our Healthcare Workers for their continued care to our community.
