Gnometown Givers help make a significant impact to the health of our community. What is the JMHS Foundation Gnometown Givers? The Gnometown Givers is an association of individuals who are community-focused and are interested in assuring quality healthcare availability for all those needing medical care. The cost of providing healthcare excellence continually increases due to the challenging needs of our community. Because Johnson Memorial Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system, the demand for new services and technology and the increasing cost for providing uncompensated care, cannot be provided by patient revenue alone. Why should I participate? As a Gnometown Giver member you can share in the pride of knowing you are making a difference in our rural communities. You will help provide Johnson Memorial Health Services with additional resources needed to deliver the highest caliber of care to everyone. Gnometown Givers members will be recognized on the donor wall located inside the clinic and hospital entrance. Each year, an annual social event will be held in honor of Gnometown Givers members. Who are our members? Gnometown Givers members are individuals who take an active interest in the future of healthcare in our rural communities. Special recognition provided for annual gifts at the following levels. Gifts of $500 and above* Gifts of $250 to $499 Gifts of $100 to $249 *Gifts of higher amounts are welcomed and may qualify for higher gift recognition level. Reoccurring monthly donations are available. For more information contact Saundra Snobl, Grant and Foundation Manager at 320-312-2123.
