Crunch time has begun! Hasslen Construction Company (HCC) has been burning the candle at both ends, working nights and weekends with the various subcontractors on the new Care Center. The month of April will bring many changes… The plans are to finish up the construction, complete installation of all flooring, prepare for furniture & equipment delivery, install window coverings & signage, get ready for the various state regulatory agency inspections, and continue to work through the punch list items with HCC and Wold Architects. All this and much more will be taking place during the month of April 2018. Needless to say, it’s a busy time for all who are preparing for the completion of the new Care Center. As far as the Hospital renovations, HCC continues to move through the updating of the hospital inpatient rooms.
We have also been working on the preliminary plans for a JMHS Care Center Grand Opening, which will take place before the residents/elders move in. Our current plan is to shoot for a May/June move-in date for the residents/elders. Please keep in mind that, as with all major construction building projects, we are working with somewhat of a moving target for completion. We continue to do our best to keep everyone informed & excited!
