The Guest Suites, located near the Town Center of the Care Center, provides lodging and comfort for out-of-town family members of Assisted Living Tenants, Care Center Residents, and Hospital Hospice Patients.
Each room has two queen beds with an attached handicapped accessible bathroom. Guests may stay no longer than 2 nights without prior authorization. Please note that families with residents, tenants, or patients on Hospice will have priority and extended stay opportunities.
Hospice families stay complimentary in the guest suites. Limit 4 adults per room.

Room Key: Opens the Johnson Memorial Health Services front door and your bedroom door. Guest Suite doors automatically lock upon closing. The Care Center front door locks after 8:00 pm and Prairie Lane entrance locks after 9:30 pm.
Upon Check-Out: Guests are asked to leave the key in the Guest Suite upon their departure.
Quiet Hours: Observed from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Family Room / Libraries: Located in the each of the neighborhoods. Enjoy the provided movies, games, puzzles and books.
Visitors: Are welcome between the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm.
Smoking / Alcohol / Illegal Drugs / Weapons: Are not allowed in or on the property.
Pets: Are not allowed in the Guest Suites. We welcome Service Animals with proper documentation and current vaccinations records.
Inappropriate behavior: Disorderly behavior, non-compliance of rules or misuse of property may result in dismissal from the Johnson Memorial Health Services.
Rules and Expectations of Guests
Enforcement of House Rules The management reserve the right to refuse admission based on age eligibility, infection, guest eligibility requirement, intoxication and/ or past abuse of house policies.
Children Children are welcome in the guest suites. Children under age 16 may not be left unattended and must be supervised at all times. The Johnson Memorial Health Services does not provide child care.
Damage All damages and accidents are to be immediately reported to the Administrative Assistant. Guests are responsible for any damages to the suites. This is inclusive of damage caused by children.
Food Services JMHS dietary services are available for guests with prior notification. Notification can be submitted to Administrative Assistant at time of check-in. Families are encouraged to eat with the resident, patient, or tenant in their designated neighborhood. Meal cost is $8.00 per plate and $10.00 per plate on holidays.
Lunch – notification by 10:00 am for 12:00 pm meal
Dinner – notification by 4:00 pm for 5:00 pm meal
Guest are encouraged to utilize the Town Center Café. The hours of the Café are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Guests are invited to purchase groceries and store them in their rooms.
Cleaning The Johnson Memorial Health Services does employ a housekeeper. Guests are required to contact the Administrative Assistant if the need to clean their bathroom, bedroom, change out linens and towels prior to departure.
Appliances No small appliances such as heaters, hot plates, etc. are to be kept in the guest rooms.
Pets Animals are not allowed in the Johnson Memorial Health Services. Service animals with the proper documentation and current vaccination records are welcome.
