A Week of Thanksgiving
As we gobble and wobble through the week, it is important to take a moment to appreciate the things and people we are thankful for. It could be as simple as a comfortable pair of shoes, a reliable refrigerator, or a helpful neighbor who takes care of your garbage cans. There is always something or someone to be grateful for. This week, I have been focusing on expressing my gratitude to various people and situations. I am thankful for those who have given me constructive feedback, even if it was negative, as it allows me to improve myself. I am also grateful for circumstances that are not perfect, such as a broken garage door, but still manage to work. I appreciate the JMHS employees who work hard to take care of our patients, residents, and tenants. I am thankful for KLQP radio that keeps me entertained with music and local sports. Our community leaders also deserve our gratitude for their efforts to improve our quality of life. Everyone, I am thankful for you!
