Johnson Memorial Health Services (JMHS) has opened up visitation for the Hospital, Care Center and Assisted Living. As long as the CMS 14-day County Positivity Rate for LqP County remains below 10% (it is currently 9.6%), JMHS and the community does not show increases in Covid-19 cases, and there is no reasonable clinical or safety reason to place another “pause” on visitors the following Visitation Rules will apply:
- Hospital: One visitor per day per patient, with no limit on the length of the visit. To schedule a visit call 320-769-4323 x 2306.
- Care Center: Visits scheduled in advance with Activities, to be held in the Visitation Room (previously Blackjack Babies Daycare) that has the plexiglass divider with 2 separate entrances. To schedule a visit call 320-769-2350 x2321.
- Assisted Living: Visits scheduled in advance with Assisted Living Staff, to be held in the AL Sun Room. To schedule a visit call 320-769-2144.
All visitors will enter through the Hospital/Clinic front entrance to check in and be screened. In addition, visitors must sign visitation forms and remain masked during the entire visit. The location of check-in may change as we progress in the days and weeks ahead, to accommodate the timing of the visits in the Care Center and Assisted Living. Please note that JMHS Visitor Rules may change quickly, as we adapt to changing circumstances.
