JMHS Recognized with 2025 Performance Leadership Award by The Chartis Center for Rural Health
Johnson Memorial Health Services (JMHS) has been named a recipient of the 2025 Performance Leadership Award in Quality by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. This national recognition positions JMHS among the top 25% of rural hospitals nationwide for quality performance.
The Performance Leadership Awards are determined by the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX®, which evaluates rural hospitals on a comprehensive set of performance indicators, including quality, outcomes, and patient perspective. Jake Redepenning, CEO of JMHS, praised the team for this significant achievement. “This award is a reflection of the commitment, compassion, and expertise our providers and staff bring to their work every day,” said Redepenning. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our quality of care, and we remain focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients and our community.”
The award highlights JMHS’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare delivery through evidence-based practices, a culture of continuous improvement, and a dedication to patient safety and satisfaction.
“This recognition is a testament to the tireless dedication of everyone at JMHS,” said Jennifer Erdmann, JMHS Chief Clinical Officer. “From our exceptional providers and frontline caregivers to our administrative and support staff, each person contributes to delivering the highest standard of care for our patients.”
