Johnson Memorial Health Services (JMHS) held its fifth annual Golf Fore! Health Tournament on Friday, June 16, at the Dawson Golf Course. The best ball, a four-person scramble, had fifty-two participants. The 2023 tournament champions won $400.00; the winning team included Shawn Sumner, Ryan Sumner, Corey Reiffenberger, and Matt Rothwell. The raffle prize winners included the Brutank 55-Quart Rolling Cooler ($500) – Ashley Sandven; Otterbox Trooper 20 Cooler ($250) – Eric Schlepperbach; and the $50 Visa Gift Card – Musarrat Virji.
Through sponsorships and golfers, the tournament raised just under $7,000. This year’s proceeds go towards helping to offset the costs of the mandatory hospital pharmacy renovations that must be completed by November 2023.
Hole prize winners received $50 gift cards and included Longest Drive – Bryce Hiepler (M) and Danielle Wager (W); Longest Putt (M or W) – Scott Ochsendorf; Closest to the Gnome (M or W) – Kirsten Jurgenson; Closest to the pin on 2nd shot (M or W) – Brandy Olson.
