Happy Healthcare Week to our JMHS Healthcare workers! It is with such a grateful heart that I feel blessed to serve alongside these amazing individuals dedicated to providing compassionate care and services to the community. The many stories of how our staff has influenced our patient, resident, and tenant lives deserve to be shared and celebrated. No job is ever too big or too small for our JMHS crew, and there is always time to help or listen to a patient, resident, or tenant. I often wonder what inspires these individuals to dedicate so much of their time to caring for our patients, residents, and tenants? Since we are almost halfway through 2022, I felt it is important to highlight the RY (Our Why) and understand why we will move forward post Covid-19 and beyond (2.0.). Here are some of the reasons shared: “I like to help those in need,” “Friendly people, staff, and residents,” “We have GREAT providers,” and “The fact that our community cares about services being provided here, there is less travel out of town.”
