Yes, flu season has arrived. It is the time of year we stock up on tissues, cough drops, and other products to ward off our chances of catching a “cold” or simply to survive the symptoms. Many symptoms are the same, but the long-term effects may differ. The best way to avoid catching any of these viruses is to practice good handwashing and avoid others with symptoms.
