Everyone!! What have we all won you may ask? It is simple, we have some of the best healthcare staff and everyone wins with that. A few weeks ago, we honored those staff that standout to their peers and were honored as the Employee of the month in 2023. They are as follows: Julie Fjerkenstad, Krista Feiberg, Robin Nohrenberg, Chelsea Citrowske, Julie Erdmann, Clara Anderson, Steph Simonson, Steven Anderson, Kyle Samp, Monica Dessonville, Wyatt Ireland, and Erica Clark. We then had the additional hard task of choosing just one of these employees as our 2023 JMHS Employee of the Year. As we said goodbye to our outstanding Employee of the Year of 2022, Missy Struxness, we welcomed our new 2023 employee of the year, Erica Clark. Erika joined JMHS a couple of years ago around the same time I did. It was evident at the start she is a team player, moral booster, and an overall advocate for anything patient care related. She genuinely cares about her patients and co-workers. Erica likes to proactively help others. She volunteers to help with foundation events and our Riverfest events even when her work schedule is a bit hectic. We are so grateful for Erica and all of our winner’s contributions to JMHS.
