I was referred to the Chronic Care Management program because I have multiple things going on. Diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, a cancer survivor so I see multiple specialists. It is great to have someone to coordinate it all. Amanda is very good to go through everything. You can tell she is referring back to her notes and yet is very social and encouraging. Nothing is neglected, and if you are going to have continuity of care, that is what you need. I have several friends that are taking advantage of the Chronic Care Management Program and they too are speaking highly of it. I think it is a fantastic program.

I postponed my knee replacement surgery several months so that I could have it done at JMHS. It was definitely worth the wait. I received the best care both before and after the surgery. The OR, Hospital, and Therapy staff were all very attentive to my needs. It was so convenient for my family to visit during my hospital stay. I am happy I had my surgery at JMHS and recommend them to all my friends and family. We are so lucky to have convenient and quality care available in our community.

We are so fortunate to have such wonderful health care in Dawson! I spent 25 days at Johnson Memorial Health Services after I fell and broke three ribs. The care I received there was outstanding. Everyone from the Ambulance, Hospital, Surgery, Therapy, and Care Center was exceptional. Whether it was housekeeping, laundry, dietary, lab technicians, nurses and CNA’s everyone was professional and worked diligently so that I could return home. Now I am receiving services from Home Care and the excellent service continues. Thank all of you for your wonderful care.
